Just wanted to let you know that our cooler arrived safe and sound at 3:56 p.m. yesterday. I was so excited but had to wait for hubby to come home from work to see it. He works afternoons so I had to wait till around midnight. We are both totally pleased. Thank you for affording us the opportunity to own such a beautiful piece. Hubby has finished our basement to look somewhat like a 40s/50s style restaurant. He has used the stools from his dad's restaurant of that period and also has the cash register. We also have a beautiful brunswick pool table. Something he has wanted for many years now. Still have a few finishing touches but it looks pretty good down there. We received our cooler and we think it’s great! I know you went above board to keep everyone updated on the progress of the shipping and the problems you entailed. I’m sorry you received some negative email from some that ordered this new product. I really appreciate the information you provided and the cards and the six pack cooler that you had sent along with the letter explaining the problems that you had to deal with. This was quite a surprise and greatly appreciated since it arrived just before XMAS.
